Registration Update – opened as of July 31st (Gino),  we will need to do follow ups on players determining if they are playing by August 30th

• Email reminder on Aug 15 (Clinic #1 and Registration, and link to sign up for Clinics)
• Email reminder on Aug 21 (Clinic #2 and Registration)

 

Tryouts (Jeb, Erik and Greg) – Tryouts page is live, progress on evaluators, coach help, communication, do we want to post signs in community?

• Jeb has reached out to evaluators
• Likely to do stations and game like situation drills
• Coaching (run the players through the stations) and Evaluators (scoring the players in the stations)

• Met with all coaches from all teams last week for team and player feedback

Equipment (Brian) – Brian was able to collect all equipment (going to replenish first aid kits)

Player Update (Jeb/Greg/Erik) – Post season Meetings with coaches, player report card

Elections – Two new incoming people have expressed interest
