2016 Traveling baseball 10-12 discussion:

  • Little League relationship.  How to best co-exist

  • All present agreed that we need to proceed on our own, and not continue to try and coordinate with Little League.

Budget discussion:

  • Review of 2015 seasons and present status.  We basically broke even this year.
  • 2016 Budget- need to figure out ways to either make more money, or cut expenses to ensure financial viability.
