Rec Team
- One team for 13-14-15
- Registration is officially closed
- Need to cancel the tournament (13’s) that we signed up for
- Need to get uniforms (t-shirt, pants and hat – Jenny Harper volunteered)
Website
- Give coaches admin access to website
- Remove registration across the site
Uniforms
- Few outstanding players that didn’t get measured (from 11AA and 13AA)
- Hats and should be in by end of April in time for first games
- Warm up pullover for players and coaches should be less than $30.
- Jenny to send an email to parents to go to Educational Outfitters to order pullovers for players who want them
Equipment
- Almost all equipment has been picked up – Rob E will send an email to see who is still in need.
- Game balls will be available for pick up at Rob Eberle’s house
- Still need practice balls – some coaches offered to donate
- Bats – We have purchased bats for some teams (10’s & 11’s) – Rob E to email coaches to see what other teams need a bat
- Coaches to get their own score books
Slugfest
- Need 6 more teams
- Umpires – No lead up, going with “call line” for umpire related questions. “Call line” to be manned by umps not scheduled.
- May need to use Louisiana Oaks
Tournament Directors:
- 10AAA – Mike
- 11AA – OPEN (Rob E to determine)
- 12AAA – TBD (Todd to determine)
- 13AA – Stadlers
- 13AAA – Bob Riley
- 14AAA – Beth Collins

Slugfest Concession Contest! The tournament that earns the most in concession dollars wins a free pizza party for their SLP team!
Treasurer Report:
- Updated list of outstanding payments
- Emails to outstanding parents
- Uniforms will be held until payment is received
- Jeff Otos has handled all of the filing for tax purposes – thanks Jeff!
