- We will add Player Code of Conduct and the Waiver into the registration process for next year

- Went well, well coordinated, no injuries and great weather
- Team Selection (Erik) Levels, Numbers of players, Needs, Waiver discussion
- Teams will be announced by Tuesday, Sept 19th
- Board Positions for upcoming elections (Greg) – we have interest from a few, who is willing to continue being on the board?
- Candidates can run for any position
- Most in need positions - Tournament coordinator, Slugfest director (2?), Scheduler
- Positions are available to apply
- 2 Emails will go out with an invitation to apply for any board position
- Coach update/discussion (Greg)
- Planning to announce by Thanksgiving
- Volunteers (Kim, Julie) – no report

- Team pages will be built out on the website after teams are published

- Finalize Dates for Slugfest 2018 (start bid application in early November)

- Winter Clinics Gym Times (MAC involvement)
- Looking at dates for Winter Clinics – then putting the plan together
