- Toby passed around samples of SLP Baseball merchandise.He will be coming back with a recommendation on 10-12 items to be offered.A code will be given to parents to be used when ordering which will link purchases to SLP Traveling Baseball.SLP Traveling Baseball will receive a portion of the proceeds associated with orders from SLP Traveling families

Financial Update (Mark)- Finances are in a good place at this point in the year. Hockey Association grant was approved.
Operations Update – (no more than 5 minutes each)
- Registration (Dan) – 2 additional players registered on 13A
- Coaches (Greg) – recruitment, coaches meeting, trusted coaches
- Coaches meeting scheduled for Monday, March 13th at 7:00 pm. Location TBD
- Uniforms (Kara) – Jerseys, hats, fittings
- All players have been measured
- Made a decision to use the same cap as last year
- Made a decision to purchase 25 coaches shirts
- Tournaments (Erik) – schedule, hotel, other
- We have a recommendation on not doing MYAS tournament next year (based on challenges in field scheduling over 3 weekends)

- Only need two more teams (12AAA)
- Checking with Alan Brown on permits
- Slugfest – Gino will start building out the Slugfest Tourney Microsite when tournament details are further defined
